Travelling schedule

We will provide airport transfer (Airport - Hotel - LRC - Airport) services for free. Please tick on your point of arrival and departure below:

Note

If participants would like to fly Can Tho City directly, participants must transit at Noi Bai Airport in Ha Noi, is capital of Viet Nam in the north.
- It takes two hours from Noi Bai airport to Can Tho Airport
- It takes twenty minutes from Can Tho Airport to Ninh Kieu Hotel by car (around 10 km)
- Viet Nam Airline delivers three flights per day https://www.vietnamairlines.com/vn
- Vietjet Airline delivers three flights per day (Budget Airline) https://vietjets.com.vn/

If participants fly to Tan Son Nhat Airport in Ho Chi Minh City.
- It takes 4 hours from Tan Son Nhat Airport to Can Tho City by car (around 180 km).

Travelling schedule

We will provide Airport - Hotel -LRC - Airport transportation services for free.
We will pick you up at the Exit of Tan Son Nhat airport as below, please choose your appropriate time
o 12 PM (at noon,during day) and 17 PM (afternoon) on 1^st July, 2018
And we will take you to Tan Son Nhat airport from Can Tho City at:
o 14 PM on 4^th July, 2018
o 7 AM on 5^th July, 2018

Food

We will provide lunch and dinner every meeting day. Some dishes can be prepared using valious types of meats such as beef, pork, chicken, duck, catfish and seafood.
